Don Snyder is an accomplished professor of photography whose website features his essays, reviews, and interviews with photographers. He approached 29design to create a new website that would present his growing catalogue of work.

The goal was to design a clean, modern website that was not only easy to navigate, but would allow the images and info to shine. Responsive design was highly important, as was organization and layout. PDF documents needed to be easily viewed online as well as downloaded by the viewer.

The result was a strong website that presents the client’s work, as well as that of the photographers being exhibited. Site navigation and organization of the large body of work are simple and intuitive, the site design is sleek and minimalist, and photographic images are optimized and sharp. We made sure that documents are easily downloaded, pages load quickly, and the overall appearance is professional.

Don continues to interview photographers and produce new work. 29design is contracted to add the new content to the site on a regular basis, as needed.
