The Fashion Edit is a business that offers a consigned collection of luxury clothing, footwear, handbags and accessories. Forward thinking and run by an award-winning fashion stylist and industry expert, the business focuses on sustainability and supporting the movement towards ethical fashion. They approached 29design to help develop their online platform.

The goal was to design a simple, clean website that allowed viewers to see, search for, and purchase items from the site. The site owner required a content management system on which she could post and delete items as needed, and handle all sales. Responsive design was extremely important, since most viewers would likely be using mobile phones rather than a desktop computer.

The result was an uncluttered and streamlined website built through Shopify that displays the products as the client sees fit, and is simple and intuitive for the viewer to use.

We were pleased to watch this business grow and eventually open a physical location in mid-town Toronto.
